Led by Ross Walker, an award-winning competition circuit BBQ’er and experienced class host, this five-hour hands-on class walks you through prepping, seasoning, smoking, wrapping, resting, and eating a huge range of incredible meats.

You’ll learn how different smokers work, how to manage clean steady fires, how to choose the right cuts, layer flavour with rubs and sauces, trim and handle meat properly, and avoid the common mistakes that hold backyard BBQ cooks back.

Sometimes classes need to be moved or cancelled. If that happens, Firehouse Barbecue will let you know straight away.

If the session is shifted to a new date, your booking will roll over automatically.

If a class is fully cancelled, you’ll receive a refund in full. In rare situations outside Firehouse Barbecue’s control, a $25 admin fee may be applied.

If you don’t attend on the day, no refund or credit can be provided.

If you need to withdraw from the class, you must provide more than 15 business days’ notice before the event to receive a full credit to use at another class.

If you withdraw within 15 business days prior to the class, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be credited.
