Instructions

To redeem your Shell eGift Card in-store, you need to add the eGift to your Mobile Wallet and simply tap your Mobile Wallet on the EFTPOS/VISA machine to make a contactless payment.

To add your Shell eGift Card to your Mobile Wallet,follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Wallet app on your mobile device.

2. Click on the plus (+) icon.

3. Select Debit or Credit card on the next screen.

4. Enter your card details from your eGift.

5. Your card has now been added to your mobile wallet. If your purchase is larger than your card balance, ask the cashier to redeem the gift card for the exact amount available on the card & pay the remaining balance with cash or another form of payment.
