The Bellarine Railway is a Not For Profit and volunteer operated organisation, offering heritage train rides and experiences between Queenscliff and Drysdale, on-board a collection of steam and diesel trains originating from most Australian States.

A regular heritage steam train service provides families with a great day out, which runs on Sundays, most public holidays, as well as Tuesdays and Thursday’s during school holidays. Extra running days operate on the summer holidays. Please note this service is not available on Day out with Thomas and Queenscliff Music Festival weekends.

The railway also offers experiences and special events which include:

• Recipients are required to be at least 18 years of age and in reasonable health.
• Applications may be made by recipient or person purchasing the experience as a gift.
• Recipients are required to read and sign a formal agreement.
• All experiences are subject to availability and bookings are essential.
• Benefit is not transferable for cash or any other service or product.
• We reserve the right to cancel the days train running at short notice or substitute motive power on days declared Total Fire Ban or Code Red, during extreme weather or due to unforeseen circumstances such as engine breakdown. Experiences will be rescheduled to another suitable day.
