The Optimal Health Lab opened in 2017 to offer scientific sports and rehabilitative medicine to our Diamond Valley community. In our pursuit of achieving our clinic values of excellence, consistency and community, the Optimal Health Lab is a contemporary allied health facility for anyone who wants to achieve optimal performance and/or take their health to the next level.

Plus, we boast our on-site Strength Lab – this unique space incorporates the best of Clinical Pilates equipment like reformers and a trapeze table, with a number of versatile strength training machines, to give our patients a complete rehabilitation process. Being able to work with patients from the early stage of their rehabilitation through to specialised return to sport training is what we love at the Optimal Health Lab! This strength and conditioning space is used by our Physiotherapy team to facilitate Clinical Pilates classes aimed at addressing each patients goals and strength training needs.
