The Ticketmaster e-Gift Card can be redeemed in part or in full through Ticketmaster either by telephoning 136 100, online at Ticketmaster.com.au for events at selected venues, in person at Participating Outlets or Venue Box Offices for events taking place at that venue only. Ticketmaster e-Gift Cards cannot be used for tickets to events outside of Australia.

The E-gift Card can only be used to buy tickets to participating events in Australia (including paying any applicable fees) and other event related products through Ticketmaster in Australia. For Cards purchased on or before 5 March 2018, your Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. For Cards purchased after 5 March 2018, your Card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
